What Creature is it ?



This shot was taken during a trek to Ganga Moola, near Kuduremukh
I could see big colonies of this kind of creatures.. Never understood what were those..

    kari: shud have experimented on the macro mode..
    the leaves are clear, but the "animal" is blur..
    not that I am an expert.. ;)

    Lo K, its Hydroscapha granulum , also known as the skiff beetle kano . Common in South Asia ...
